Calling all student artists, designers, and creatives! We鈥檙e looking for a bold, original design created by YOU for our Fall 2026 Convocation t-shirt. This t-shirt will be distributed to first year students attending Convocation and should promote Eagle Spirit and Soaring Beyond. The winning designer will receive a free t-shirt, a $500 scholarship, and recognition at Convocation 2026!
Design Requirements
- One color only (no gradients or shading)
- Must be original artwork; use of third-party assets (stock photos, clip art or licensed fonts) requires proof of license.
- Generative AI may be used for brainstorming or mood-boarding, but submitted files must be manually executed.
- Design should reflect school spirit, student life, or Soar Beyond
- Design will be printed on white and navy t-shirts. The color for the design on white t-shirts should be navy. The color for the design on the navy t-shirts should be white.
- The design may include front and/or back elements.
Design Specs
- Maximum design area: 12 inches wide x 12 inches tall
- Design should be on a transparent background
- CMYK Color
- Submit your working (layered) files: .AI, .EPS, .SVG, Canva link or high-resolution .PSD (300 dpi minimum). Please outline all fonts before submission.

Submission Info
- This contest is open to all currently enrolled students 鈥� no design experience needed!
- The submission should include the student鈥檚 name, eagle ID, GS email, phone number, and a short description of the design.
- Submit your design to studentaffairs@georgiasouthern.edu no later than MAY 1, 2026
Deadline to submit: May 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

- Creativity & Originality – Something fresh and new
- Theme Relevance – reflects Eagle Spirit and student life
- Visual Impact – Eye- catching, balanced
- Technical Quality – Follows proper file format, color and submission guidelines
